Culture and Creativity NPO
We are delighted that our funding from Arts Council England (initially awarded for 2023-26), which recognises the London Borough of Merton as a National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) has been extended until 2027.
Created and delivered by Merton Libraries, our Culture and Creativity NPO includes partner events, The Merton Big Read and Artists Work in Libraries commissions, allowing us to build on our extensive offer of high-quality events and cultural experiences for all our residents and visitors.
