LGBTQAI+ Creative Writing and Film

with Scott Hurran

These workshops took place at Wimbledon Library from June to July 2024.

Aimed at local queer communities who wanted to explore storytelling in innovative ways and develop their creative writing skills for stage and screen, this was a celebration of LGBTQAI+ culture and history and an opportunity to socialise, network and feel part of a large community in the welcoming space of the library.

The project also included a queer short film screening, utilising the library as a springboard to celebrate Pride!
