About the artist: www.sarahmcalister.uk ¦ @sarahmcalister.textileart (Instagram)

Sarah is a textiles artist based in Merton whose practice is grounded in an ethos of recycling, reusing, and repurposing existing resources.  Her works are made entirely from various found objects, including cloth, which take on different forms depending on the materials’ properties. Her focus is to re-imagine new potential uses for discarded materials.
