<p>All our resources are available from the libraries and from home except Ancestry UK and Access to Research which can only be accessed via a library computer.&nbsp;You will need your library card number and PIN to access any of these resources.</p>

<p>Our library app is back! We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the period it was unavailable, owing to factors outside our control. Thank you for your patience during this time.<br />If you still have the app installed, you should be able to log in using your card number and PIN. If for any reason this doesn't work, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the app.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Mitcham library will be piloting new door access technology that will eventually enable the library to open for even longer hours.</p>
<p>As part of the pilot, from Monday 11 November, we will be trialling some alternative hours. Customers will be required to enter the building using their library card or library app and PIN Mondays to Fridays from 9-9.30am.</p>
