Services and facilities
Mitcham Library offers books including large print, and talking books; photocopying, scanning and printing facilities; study space; public computer terminals with free access to Office software and the Internet; hall hire; an information service and leaflets; newspapers and magazines; exhibition facilities; community noticeboards; onsite car and cycle parking and a range of events including fun and exciting children's activities.
Customers will be required to enter the building using their library card or Merton Libraries app and PIN number during the times below:
Monday to Saturday between 8.00am – 9.30am and
Monday to Friday between 7pm - 8pm.
Renewal line: 0333 370 4700 followed by 3 and then 7.
Banking Hub at Mitcham Library
February marked the launch of the new Banking Hub at Mitcham Library — now operating as a temporary home and run by the Post Office.
This new hub makes everyday banking services more accessible for our community.

Please note: Community bankers may be unavailable during lunchtime.
