Schools membership scheme
Our initiative aims to promote reading for pleasure amongst school children.
Every child who is signed up receives a complementary premium school library card. With these special cards, children can borrow 6 books and they won't build up any late fees.
Benefits include:
- Schools receive one free use of the Merton Arts Space and 25% off additional usage
- No fines
- Books for all interests
- Computer, Wi-Fi and internet access
- Study spaces, with free group study rooms available to book at Colliers Wood Library
- Reference resources and online learning tools
- Ebooks and Emagazines
- Volunteering opportunities
- Free printing credits for homework (5 BW or 2 Colour). Maximum of two requests per week. Children must be present at the time of the request and when printing.

Merton Libraries is offering all local schools the chance to sign up for free access to our Overdrive collection in an exciting new way.
All of your students and families will be able to download the Sora app (or via any web-browser at www.soraapp.com) and use a school log-in for access.
