Description:Whether we're aware of it or not, we often crave connection. Grounding is not new but in our fast-paced modern living it's easy to forget how it feels to touch the earth, listen to a shell, observe the beautiful petals of a flower and the fresh greenness of ordinary grass. In indigenous communities, grounding is a natural part of life.
We will look at some Grounding techniques from an African-centred perspective to inspire your reconnection, self-love and promote overall wellbeing.
