Join Mallet & Gong Soundbath Wellness for a full body and mind sound experience that is good for health and wellbeing.No prior experience necessary.Just get cosy and comfortable, usually lying down or seated, close your eyes, and be guided into relaxation, then allow the vibrations from highly resonant instruments soothe and help you to let go of the everyday, unwind and relax.We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing any items that will help you feel at ease, such as a yoga mat, reclining chair, blankets, sleeping bag, pillow, eye mask, or scarf. Please be mindful of others and avoid bringing noisy items like foil space blankets.For people aged 18+.PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to attend this session after booking, please ensure you cancel your space to allow for other customers to book instead. Requirements: Please arrive promptly, as latecomers will not be admitted to avoid disrupting the participants already in attendance.
This session is not suitable for people with pacemakers and other medical electronic devices, those who suffer from fits, have severe mental health conditions, or are highly sensitive to sound. This session is not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy.
