Shared Reading brings people together in small groups to read aloud a book, short story or poem. Group members can choose to read, share personal reflections, or simply listen – it’s a welcoming space for individuals to form real connections with the literature, each other and themselves. The Reading Retreat is a weekly get-together that's open to all. We share great stories and everyone's welcome, there's no pressure to take part - you can just come along and listen. Groups are open to all. You don't need to be a big reader, or really much of a reader at all! Booking not required.
