Author Event and Craft: The Queen's Handbag

Come join local author Saeeda Benson to hear a reading of her picture book 'The Queen's Handbag' and do some fun crafts! From the author: "The Queen's Handbag is a charming short story for 4-8 year old children about a special person called Queen Elizabeth and her adventures with her humble handbag. It will engage young children and get them thinking and guessing and asking questions about our late beloved Queen. This book is a gift to treasure and remember, in a light-hearted way, our gracious Queen who lived and reigned for many years." Please note that to respect the privacy of families, we ask that no photos or video are taken at any of our children’s events. It’s very likely that another child will be in the picture/shot.
