Pilates is a fantastic technique for strengthening and balancing all the muscles of the body to help rehabilitate and prevent injuries as well as improve posture and range of movement..
Participants will be expected to complete a short survey at the beginning and the end of the 6 week course.
Note: The exercise classes provided are suitable for most people and are not aimed at treating any specific cause of pain or condition. By booking an exercise session you confirm that you understand that it is your responsibility to assess your physical and mental capabilities for all activities to be performed. Participation in the classes and the use by you of any equipment, poses, moves, instructions or any other activity is done so entirely at your own risk .
