Join our free 2-hour art therapy session, designed to help you explore your emotions, practice self-compassion, and express yourself creatively.
The session will include guided meditation, art activities, and group reflection, led by a professional art therapy coach.
Art Activity 1: Emotion Mandala
• Overview: Begin with a 5-minute meditation to centre yourself
• Art Activity: Create an "Emotion Mandala" where participants represent different emotions in various sections of the mandala
• Reflection: Reflect on emotional patterns in your artwork. Discuss how impermanence manifests in emotional states
Art Activity 2: Self-Awareness Body Scan
• Overview: Deepen self-awareness by exploring emotions, sensations, and thoughts through a creative body scan exercise
• Art Activity: After a 5-minute mindful body scan meditation, participants will translate their emotions onto a body template artistically
• Reflection: Reflect on emotional patterns and how they were represented in your artwork
• Daily Body Scan: Spend 5 minutes each day doing a body scan, noticing areas of tension, comfort, or shifting sensations
