The sessions will focus on guided exercises designed to build self-esteem through positive affirmations. The aim is to strengthen self-esteem, enhance feelings of self-worth, and promote self-acceptance, all while helping participants release excess emotions and balance their energy. Attendance is required for the entire 4 weeks. This programme is led by Michelle Da Silva, an ICF ACC accredited transformational life coach, author, and founder of Silvavine a company focussing on creating and delivering impactful self-development programmes & transformative life coaching helping people achieve the best in life, live purposefully and discover true happiness.

On signing up for this programme, you are committing to all 4 sessions. This empowering self-development programme is designed to help women gain a deeper understanding of womanhood and its impact on their lives. It explores the complexities of emotions and the unhelpful behaviours that may arise in response to those emotions. The programme also emphasizes the importance of self-connection, encouraging women to explore their identities and recognize their individual needs. Women frequently experience a variety of intense emotions that can sometimes become overwhelming. Understanding the reasons behind these feelings is essential for women to maintain their emotional well-being and prevent episodes of low mood, stress, and overwhelm. This is a 4-week programme that starts with a workshop, aimed at gaining a comprehensive understanding of individual strengths and abilities, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of themselves as women. Followed by 3 weeks which individuals will attend a women’s circle called- Women’s Balancing Emotions Circle. 11th March 10-12pm 18th March 10-11.45am 25th March 10-11.45am 1st April 10-11.45am
