Merton 60: Then and Now.

To mark 60 years of the London Borough of Merton, this exhibition will feature archival images of Merton during the 1960s, alongside images captured at the same location in 2025. The members of Mitcham Camera Club have been set the challenge of recreating historic pictures, to show how the borough has changed over the past six decades. The results will highlight everything from evolving fashions, transport and entertainment, to urban development, technological advances and population change.
