Description:
Join us at Wimbledon Library for this exciting talk on Agatha Christie by detective writer and editor Tony Medawar. As well as creating the detectives Hercules Poirot and Miss Jane Marple, immortalised by Sir David Suchet and Joan Hickson, Agatha Christie wrote The Mousetrap, which is the longest-running play in the history of the theatre. In this special talk, local writer Tony Medawar will discuss Christie’s life and work, and reveal some little-known facts about her extraordinary career.
