<p>Merton libraries offer a variety of electronic resources which are available on computers or any device with Internet access.&nbsp;</p>

<p>All our resources are available from the libraries and from home except Ancestry UK and Access to Research which can only be accessed via a library computer.&nbsp;You will need your library card number and PIN to access any of these resources.</p>

<p>Merton Heritage and Local Studies Centre tells the story of Merton and its people through a changing programme of exhibitions and events. The centre also offers educational services for local schools and adult learners as well as access to a wide range of local history resources.</p>

<p>Due to essential building engineering work, Morden Library and Heritage Centre will be closing for a period of seven weeks from Monday 16 June - Monday 4 August 2025.</p>
<p><br />Our other six libraries in Merton will be open as usual during this time.</p>

Join us for this family friendly Story Box session being run jointly by the Alzheimer's Society and the West Indian Families and Friends Association.

This short reminiscence session is part of the Merton Heritage Discovery Day and features artefacts from the 1960s. It will take place in the Merton Memories Zone on the second floor of Morden Library.

This session is aimed at adults but may also suitable for older children.

Come along and share your memories of home life from yesteryear. You can also learn how to support a friend or relative living with dementia.

Booking is required but we will accept walk-ins on the day, subject to the available space.
