Explore Your Inner Landscape
Unlock the power of your imagination through visual arts and coaching.
Find a space to daydream, reflect, and play.
These sessions will give a voice to the sides of your personality that are not heard, revealing your inner world.
Objective: To embrace a slow, gentle process where thoughts take shape with drawings, collage, storytelling and visualisations, offering fresh perspectives and newfound hope in life.
What to expect: The approach, led by Massimo Comuzzi, leverages the fluidity of imagination to dissolve barriers, connecting mind, body, soul, and the world.
Participants describe these sessions as eye-opening, and a sanctuary for self-care and creative meditation.
It's more than just art making; it's an avenue to self-discovery, stress release, and enhanced emotional capacity.

Join us for a participatory session connecting the radical tradition of Rough Music — street protest through noise, rhythm and improvised sound — with the familiar world of nursery rhymes. Inspired by E.P. Thompson's essay Rough Music Reconsidered, the work of Jack Zipes on nursery rhyme standards, and the Bonfire Society parades at the annual Bonfire Night in Lewes.
Families are welcomed in as the session builds. Spontaneous interjection and improvisation are actively encouraged. No instruments needed.Every participating child takes home a Rough Music Rhythm Reading Stick.
Baxterium, aka Peter Baxter of the project GLAM Racket, presents participatory family learning experiences that bring together music, literature, craft and cultural history. This workshop has been enjoyed by audiences at Manchester International Festival, Stoke Newington Literary Festival and Bloomsbury Festival, inviting children and adults to explore stories and creativity side by side through hands-on making and shared discovery. As part of our Summer Reading Challenge, we are excited to host local children's author Saeeda Benson.
Saeeda will be reading her book, 'The Queen's Handbag'.
A charming story to engage young children and get them thinking and guessing and asking questions about a special person called Queen Elizabeth II.
The Queen was a much loved and admired monarch who travelled the world meeting many people and representing the United Kingdom.
She always looked very smart and graceful and there are lots of photos of her wearing lovely different outfits, coats, hats and... her ubiquitous handbag! But what did she have in it?
Let's go on an adventure with Her Majesty, (during a very difficult time in the world), and discover, maybe, what she carried in her humble handbag!
The session will include a book reading, an activity and an exploration using props into what is actually in that handbag!
