Bookmaking Workshops with Jenny Klein

 

Learn how to make a book from scratch!

Creating hard back, cloth bound notebook to take home and use.  

Participants were introduced to the tools of bookmaking and learn skills including:
measuring, folding, cutting, stitching, sticking and pressing.

And considered collage and stitch as decorative aspects of book making with an opportunity to explore a range of handmade books and gain inspiration for future projects. 

Jenny Klein is an artist, book maker and educator based in South East London.
