Health Day: Saturday 25 January, 11.00am-1.00pm. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association presents Health Day at Colliers Wood Library. Drop by for BMI and heart rate checks, blood pressure tests, healthy recipes and mental health information. 

Macular Degeneration Talk: Tuesday 28 January, 2.00-2.30pm. Find out about Macular Degeneration and get top tips on how to deal with visual impairment.

Spectra: Saturday 25 January, 11.15am-4.45pm. Drop by for a free health check-up, information on contraception, advice on sexual health issues, HIV tests and free condoms.

Falun Dafa: Mondays, 2.30-4.00pm. This is a free traditional Chinese qigong meditation practice to improve mind and body, with simple, easy to learn exercises for all ages and abilities.

Watercolour and Acrylic Painting: Mondays, 4.00-6.20pm. Relax and get in touch with your creative side! Free drop-in session.  

Knitting: Tuesdays, 10.00-12.30pm. Free knitting and socialising session for people of all abilities. No booking required.

Reminiscing Sessions with Fulham FC: Wednesdays, 1.30-3.30pm. Sporting memories and light activity. Fulham FC Foundation will be holding a session looking to tackle loneliness, depression, social isolation and dementia by using sport as a tool to stimulate and encourage participants to relive their memories of sport activity. Fulham FC Foundation will also adapt physical activity for participants to enjoy.

Needlework and Natter: Monday 13 and 27 January, 2.30-3.30pm. Join our fun and friendly sewing, knitting and crafting club for adults. Share your ideas, swap tips and tricks and enjoy a good ol’ natter. The more the merrier, free drop in. Beginners welcome. Please bring basic materials and resources.

Mantra Singing and Vocal Meditation: Tuesdays, 2.30-3.30pm. Classes are free. No singing experience is required. The idea is to find in your own voice a tool for well-being and self-healing.

This life-affirming and forward-looking workshop focuses on personal development, increasing motivation and ways to reach and realise your full potential. In this free workshop, Merton Uplift will explore how pursuing your personal goals can be a motivating and inspiring endeavour!

An inspiring and creative workshop focused on empowering individuals to increase their understanding of self-confidence with an emphasis on challenging the unhelpful beliefs we have created about ourselves and our self-worth. In this free workshop, Merton Uplift will look at identifying and problem solving barriers to confidence and how setting goals for developing confidence and assertiveness can really make a difference!
